N271666 January 15, 2016 CLA-2-42:OT:RR:NC:N4:441 CATEGORY: Classification TARIFF NO.: 4202.92.9026 Chen Chen Liu Allstar Marketing Group, LLC 2 Skyline Drive Hawthorne, NY 10532 RE: The tariff classification of an organizer bag from China Dear Mr. Liu: In your letter dated December 11, 2015, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You have submitted one sample, which is being returned to you. The submitted sample is an organizer bag constructed of man-made textile material. It is designed to provide storage, protection, organization and portability for personal effects during travel. It can be hung over the back of a car seat or carried. It measures approximately 16” (W) x 13” (H). The applicable subheading for the organizer bag will be 4202.92.9026, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other containers and cases, with outer surface of sheeting of plastics or of textile materials, other, other, with outer surface of textile materials, of man-made fibers. The duty rate will be 17.6 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
