The merchandise under consideration is referred to as the “LG Rolly Keyboard.” This Bluetooth-enabled wireless portable keyboard, measuring approximately 10 inches wide by 1 inch high by 1 inch deep, is described as having the QWERTY keyboard. The keyboard is stated to be designed for use with a smartphone or a tablet and is compatible with iOS, Android, and Windows devices. A notable feature of this device is its ability to fold up, or roll, for storage when not in use. This office finds that this keyboard satisfies the conditions set forth in Chapter 84, Note 5(C) (ii) and (iii), Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which requires that the keyboard be connectable to the central processing unit either directly or through one or more other units, and be able to accept or deliver data in a form (codes or signals) which can be used by the system, respectively. The applicable subheading for the Bluetooth-enabled keyboard will be 8471.60.2000, HTSUS, which provides for Automatic data processing machines and units thereof; …: Input or output units, whether or not containing storage units in the same housing: Other: Keyboards.
