Sixth Street Red Hill, PA 18076 RE: The tariff classification of a glove bag from Pakistan Dear Ms. Jacobs: In your letter dated June 26, 2015, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You have submitted a sample, which is being returned to you. The submitted sample is a glove roll bag constructed of 100% polyester textile material. It is designed to provide storage, protection, portability, and organization to several pairs of gloves. The bag is also used to display the gloves. It had eight interior mesh pockets and a wrap closure. The bag is imported without the gloves. The applicable subheading for the glove roll will be 4202.92.9026, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other containers and cases, with outer surface of man-made textile materials. The rate of duty is 17.6% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
