In your request, you state that the Garnish Assembly-Crash Pad Center Left Hand is attached to the vehicle dashboard which controls the direction and amount of heat and air conditioning within the vehicle. It is manually operated by either the driver or passenger. The Garnish Assembly-Crash Pad Center Left Hand is constructed of plastic. The applicable subheading for the Garnish Assembly-Crash Pad Center Left Hand (Item Code 847903XAA0SA5) will be 8708.29.5060, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Parts and accessories of motor vehicles of heading 8701 to 8705: Other parts and accessories of bodies (including cabs): Other: Other: Other.” The general rate of duty will be 2.5%.Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
