You have submitted a sample, which we are returning to you. Style 11177 is a reusable shopping-style tote bag constructed with an outer surface 100% polyester textile material. The bag is designed to provide storage, protection, portability, and organization to personal effects during travel. The bag features an open top without a closure, two carrying handles, and an unlined interior. The bag also has an attached pouch for storing the bag when not in use. It measures approximately 15” (W) x 16” (H). The bag is of a durable construction and suitable for repetitive use. The applicable subheading for style 11177 will be 4202.92.3031, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for travel, sports, and similar bags, with outer surface of textile materials, other, of man-made fibers, other. The duty rate will be 17.6% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
