You have submitted a sample, which we are returning to you. Style AJCH341041 is a tote bag constructed with an outer surface of a textile material. You state in your letter that the textile is 70% polyester and 30% cotton. The bag is designed and sized to provide storage, protection, portability, and organization to clothing and other personal effects during travel. The bag features two carrying handles that can also be used as shoulder straps. It measures approximately 14” (W) x 12” (H) x 5” (D). The applicable subheading for style AJCH341041 will be 4202.92.3031, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for travel, sports, and similar bags, with outer surface of textile material, other, other, of man-made fibers, other. The rate of duty will be 17.6% ad valorem Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
