The merchandise under consideration is pulls and knobs for furniture, identified as product numbers 302364180PEA, 3023160180PEA, 302330180PEA, 302332180PEA, 302464180PEA, 302496180PEA, 3024128180PEA, 302415180PEA, 302426180PEA, 302427180PEA and 302452180PEA. All have a similar motif and are part of the same design line. Each knob/pull is made of zinc alloy with a nickel finish and decorated with inlaid mother-of pearl squares made from shells. Each knob/pull is permanently marked with the words “Made in Italy” on the back. Each knob/pull includes four screws for fastening and is packaged inside a protective drawstring pouch marked “Made in Italy.” The pouch does not appear to be designed for prolonged use separate and apart from its use as packing for the knob/pull with which it will be sold. The applicable subheading for the furniture knobs and pulls will be 8302.42.3065, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for base metal mountings, fittings and similar articles…other mountings, fittings and similar articles, and parts thereof, other, suitable for furniture, of iron or steel, of aluminum or of zinc, other.
