You have submitted a sample, which is being returned to you. Style AAPH343325 is a tote bag constructed with an outer surface of plastic sheeting material. It is designed and sized to contain large personal effects during travel. It features one textile-lined interior compartment, two handles, an open top with one snap closure, a large zippered pocket built into one side wall, two open interior compartments, and one zippered interior compartment. The tote bag measures approximately 15” (W) x 12” (H) x 5.5” (D). The applicable subheading for the style AAPH343325 will be 4202.92.4500, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for travel, sports, and similar bags, with outer surface of sheeting of plastic, other. The rate of duty will be 20 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
