The submitted sample will be returned per your request. The merchandise under consideration is identified as the Garden Gate Multi-Use Holder, item number P91384. It is a decorative holder made of nickel-plated steel with a clear lacquer coating. Its base measures 3.25 inches in diameter and is encircled by a 1.93 inch tall border that features a decorative, cut-out design. You state in your letter that the Garden Gate Multi-Use Holder is designed to hold a 3 inch pillar candle, a jar candle or a reed diffuser bottle (not included). It can be used in two positions: upright, with its base resting on a flat surface, or inverted, with its base raised to hold the candle/diffuser at an elevated height. The Garden Gate Multi-Use Holder will be imported packed in a polybag inside a cardboard gift box. The applicable subheading for the Garden Gate Multi-Use Holder, item number P91384, will be 8306.29.0000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for bells, gongs and the like, nonelectric, of base metal…statuettes and other ornaments, and parts thereof, other. The rate of duty will be free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
