You have submitted a sample, which we are returning to you. Item C1998 is a tote bag constructed with an outer surface of polyurethane (PU) plastic sheeting. The tote bag is designed to provide storage, protection, organization, and portability to personal effects during travel. It features an unlined main compartment with one open pocket on the interior wall. The bag has an open top, two carrying handles, and laser cut design patterns on the exterior surface. It measures approximately 13.5” (W) x 12” (H) x 6” (D). The applicable subheading for item C1998 will be 4202.92.4500, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for travel, sports, and similar bags, with outer surface of sheeting of plastic, other. The rate of duty will be 20 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
