Ingredient breakdowns and samples were submitted along with your request. Samples were examined and disposed of. The subject merchandise is Royce brand R Chocolat (item # 3198). The product is described as a bag of individually wrapped assorted chocolates packaged in a decorative gift bag (net weight 6 ounces). It is a product of Japan and is packaged for retail sale. Royce brand R Chocolat (item # 3198) is said to contain sugar, vegetable oil, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, chocolate liquor, lactose, hazelnut paste, skim milk powder, cookie, cocoa powder, strawberry powder, lemon powder, grapefruit powder, condensed milk powder, emulsifier, flavor, trehalose, and food colorant. The applicable subheading for the Royce brand R Chocolat (item # 3198) will be 1806.90.9019, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Chocolate and other food preparations containing cocoa: Other: Other: Other.
