The sample you submitted will be returned to you as requested. The merchandise is identified as the Hanna Item Number 38996 Kid’s Stainless Steel Insulated Food Container. The subject food container features a stainless steel outer shell and a stainless steel liner. The container under consideration has a plastic lip, a plastic screw-on lid and a plastic base. The food container measures approximately 5 inches in height and 3 inches in width. The applicable subheading for the Hanna Item Number 38996 Kid’s Stainless Steel Insulated Food Container will be 7323.93.0080, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for table, kitchen or other household articles and parts thereof, of iron or steel, other, of stainless steel, other. The rate of duty will be 2 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
