You submitted a sample, style name Kingsbury. It is a decorative fabric trim. The trim is made up of polyester and rayon yarns, along with other fibers with plastic beads attached. The yarns have been crocheted then looped together, with cording twisted and sewn down across the front. Plastic beads are assembled to it along the bottom every 2-1/2 inches. The applicable subheading for the assembled decorative fabric trim named Kingsbury will be 6307.90.9889, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other made up textile articles, other. The rate of duty will be 7% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
