Your sample will be returned to you. Your sample, which was submitted without an item number, is a three-piece travel bag set. The bags are constructed of non-woven polypropylene (PP) textile material. The three pieces are of different colors and sizes. The bags are designed to provide the useful functions of storage, protection, organization and portability to personal effects during travel. Each has an unlined main compartment with a nylon zipper across the top. They also have open mesh pockets across the front exterior. The largest bag measures approximately 12.5” (L) x 9.5” (W). The medium bag measures approximately 10” (L) x 7” (W). The smallest bag measures approximately 10” (L) x 5” (W). The applicable subheading for the travel bags will be 4202.92.3031, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for travel, sports and similar bags, with outer surface of textile materials, other, of man-made fibers, other. The duty rate will be 17.6 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
