The submitted sample is a lidded storage box that is identified as an Accessory Valet (SKU# 10049378). The exterior of the item is constructed of polyester textile fabric over a paperboard stiffener and the interior is lined with linen fabric. The item measures approximately 11” x 12” x 3”. The interior consists of three open storage sections that are intended to hold jewelry, change, watches, and/or office supplies. The applicable subheading for the storage box will be 6307.90.9889, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other made up textile articles, other. The rate of duty will be 7% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
