The subject product, Fludarabine Phosphate Injection, is a medicinal preparation, containing Fludarabine Phosphate, as the active ingredient. According to your letter, it will be imported in the form of injectable vials ready for retail sale in the United States. It is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). The applicable subheading for the Fludarabine Phosphate Injection in dosage from will be 3004.90.9115, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Medicaments … consisting of mixed or unmixed products for therapeutic or prophylactic uses, put up in measured doses (including those in the form of transdermal administration systems) or in forms or packings for retail sale: Other: Other: Other: Antineoplastic and immunosuppressive medicaments." The rate of duty will be free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
