The sample will be returned as requested. Style N48115BFB, which you describe as a 2-in-1-sarong, is a woman’s garment constructed from 100 percent silk woven fabric. The garment features a hi-lo hemline, measuring 28 ½ inches in length in the back and 37 inches in length in the front, a partial opening at the top secured by a self-fabric tie. You have submitted pictures showing the various ways the garment may be worn. The applicable subheading for style N48115BFB will be 6211.49.1090, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for track suits, ski-suits and swimwear; other garments: other garments, women’s or girls’: of other textile materials: containing 70 percent or more by weight of silk or silk waste: other. The duty rate will be 1.2 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
