The sample submitted will be returned as requested. Style 20083865 is an expandable document organizer constructed with an outer surface of man-made textile material. The item is similar to a briefcase. It is designed to provide storage, protection, portability and organization to documents and other such items as catalog pages, etc., as well as accessories. The organizer has a flap with an adjustable magnetic closure. The interior has thirteen plastic sleeve dividers with tab holders to identify its contents. It measures approximately 10” (W) x 13” (H) x 1.25” (D). Style 20083856 is an expandable document organizer constructed with an outer surface of man-made textile material. The item is similar to a briefcase. It is designed to provide storage, protection, portability and organization to documents and other such items as catalog pages, etc., as well as accessories. The organizer has a zipper closure along three sides and a zippered pocket on the exterior. The interior has thirteen plastic sleeve dividers with tab holders to identify its contents. It measures approximately 10” (W) x 13” (H) x 1.25” (D). Style 20316819 is an expandable document organizer constructed with an outer surface of man-made textile material. The item is similar to a briefcase. It is designed to provide storage, protection, portability and organization to documents and other such items as catalog pages, etc., as well as accessories. The case features a carrying handle and a metal latch closure. The interior has twenty-six sleeve dividers with tab holders to identify its contents. It measures approximately 12.75” (W) x 10” (H) x 3.5” (D). The applicable subheading for styles 20083865, 20083856, and 20316819, expandable file document organizers, will be 4202.12.8030, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for attaché cases, briefcases, school satchels, occupational luggage cases and similar containers, with outer surface of textile materials, other of man-made fibers. The duty rate will be 17.6% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
