You are requesting the tariff classification on a teddy bear body shell with a stuffing cotton, socks and shoes. According to your literature the kit will be sold as a toy. The teddy bear will be stuffed with the cotton and dressed with the socks, shoes and outfit. The toy is sold for the amusement of children. The applicable subheading for the 16” Toy Bear with outfit, stuffing cotton, socks and shoes will be 9503.00.0080, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Tricycles, scooters, pedal cars… other toys… parts and accessories thereof…Other. The rate of duty will be Free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
