The sample which you submitted is being returned as requested. You submitted Pumpkin Stocking, style TESHS-01, knit of 100% cotton yarn. Attached to this loop is a knit jack-o’-lantern with a beaded face on each side; it is stuffed with textile fibers. The Pumpkin Stocking is for decorative purposes and is not an article of heading 6115, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), as panty hose, tights, stockings, socks and other hosiery. The applicable subheading for the Pumpkin Stocking, style TESHS-01 will be 6307.90.9889, HTSUS, which provides for other made up textile articles, other. The rate of duty will be 7% ad valorem.
