Descriptive literature and specifications were provided. The item you plan to import is described as a single stage twin cylinder pump, Item Number 93786-1VGA. The pump is made of aluminum with a cast iron cylinder sleeve and includes two mufflers and two high efficiency intake filters. It is designed for 5 HP (3.7kW) rated motors and operates by using a reciprocating piston to create a low-pressure airflow. The applicable subheading for the twin cylinder air compressor pump will be 8414.80.1615, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for reciprocating air compressors exceeding 746 W but not exceeding 4.48 kW. The rate of duty is free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
