The submitted sample is identified as an over the door shoe bag. It is an organizer that is constructed of a non-woven fabric body with contrasting trim and is used for the storage and protection of shoes and accessories. The item measures approximately 18” x 44”. The item features sixteen pockets that hold 8 pairs of shoes. Metal brackets are included to hang it. The applicable subheading for the textile shoe organizer will be 6307.90.9889, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other made up textile articles, other. The rate of duty will be 7% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
