The article in question is described as a self-aligning linear ball bearing, part number KS40-PP. You indicate that the bearing is 40 millimeters in diameter and incorporates floating seals. Descriptive information, including drawings, was submitted. The applicable subheading for the bearing will be 8482.10.5012, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for linear ball bearings. The rate of duty will be 9 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
