Submitted style G5040, manufactured from knitted fabric of 80% cotton/20% polyester that is napped on the surface that forms the inside of the garment, is characterized by a loosely rib-knitted waistband and cuffs of long sleeves, by a hood, by a small v-neckline, and by an open pocket at each side of the lower front. As you have requested, the sample garment is being returned. The applicable subheading for this style will be 6110.20.2045, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for …pullovers, sweatshirts…and similar articles, knitted…, of cotton, other, other, sweatshirts, women’s. The duty rate will be 16.5 per cent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
