You state that style 5480, manufactured from jersey of 100% cotton that weighs more than 200 grams per square meter and characterized by a round neckline and by short sleeves, is styled for boys. As you have requested, both submitted samples of this style are being returned. The applicable subheading for this style will be 6110.20.2069, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for …pullovers…and similar articles, knitted…of cotton, other, other, other, …boys’, other. The duty rate will be 16.5 per cent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. The text of the most recent HTSUS and the accompanying duty rates are provided on World Wide Web at http://www.usitc.gov/tata/hts/. This garment falls within textile category designation 338.
