The sample submitted with your request will be returned as requested. Style J473754 is a women’s jacket constructed from 100 percent silk woven fabric. The garment extends to the waist and features long hemmed sleeves, a full front opening with a tie closure at the neck and darts on the front and rear panels. The front panels are embellished with embroidery and beading and there is a sheer fabric and crocheted trim at the sleeve endings and around the full front opening. The applicable subheading for style J473754 will be 6204.39.6000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for women’s or girls’ suits, ensembles, suit-type jackets, blazers: of other textile materials: Other: Containing 70 percent or more by weight of silk or silk waste. The duty rate will be 1 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
