Submitted style EGG67218 is a double-layer garment, characterized by its outer layer, which is manufactured from finely knitted fabric of 100% nylon, and characterized by cap sleeves, an irregular-shaped neckline, and supported by narrow straps. The garment’s inner layer, manufactured from finely knitted fabric of 95% cotton/5% spandex, emerges at the lower edge and at the neckline of the outer layer. As you have requested, the sample garment is being returned. The applicable subheading for this style will be 6110.30.3059, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for …pullovers…and similar articles, knitted…, of man-made fibers, other, other, other, other, other, …girls’, other. The duty rate will be 32 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
