Your sample is being returned as requested. The submitted sample, style number E5AN2H, is a woman’s bolero jacket that is constructed from 100% polyester, openwork decorative knit fabric with sequins. The jacket has three panels that are sewn together lengthwise and does not reach the waist. It features a V-neckline, long sleeves, and a full front opening with 3 button closures. The neckline, sleeve openings and the bottom are finished with knit capping. The applicable subheading for the bolero jacket will be 6104.33.2000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for women’s suit-type jackets, knitted: of synthetic fibers: other. The duty rate will be 28.2% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
