Your sample is being returned as requested. The submitted sample, style number W3492B788, is a woman’s bolero jacket that is constructed from 100% cotton, knit fabric. The garment does not reach the waist. It consist of three panels that are sewn together lengthwise. The garment features a round neckline, short sleeves, and a full front opening with a one-button closure. The applicable subheading for the bolero jacket will be 6104.32.0000 Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for women’s suit-type jackets, knitted: of cotton. The duty rate will be 14.9% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. The text of the most recent HTSUS and the accompanying duty rates are provided on World Wide Web at http://www.usitc.gov/tata/hts/. The bolero jacket falls within textile category designation 335.
