As requested, your sample is being returned to you. Your sample, style 4914, is woman’s vest constructed from 60% cotton, 40% polyester woven fabric. The garment features a drawstring hood, oversized armholes, a full front zippered opening, kangaroo pockets, and a drawstring bottom. The applicable subheading for style 4914 will be 6211.42.0070, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for track suits, ski-suits and swimwear; other garments: other garments, women’s or girls’: of cotton, vests. The duty rate will be 8.1% ad valorem. Style 4914 falls within textile category designation 359.
