Penney Purchasing Corporation 6501 Legacy Drive Plano, Texas 75024-3698 Tarrif No.: 7013.99.5000 RE: The tariff classification of a decorative glass bowl on a beaded metal stand Dear Mr. Hubbard: In your letter dated May 22, 2002, you requested a tariff classification ruling regarding a decorative glass bowl on a beaded metal stand. A sample was submitted with your ruling request. The glass bowl is approximately four inches high with an opening of approximately eight and a half inches. Your letter states that the value of the glass bowl is eighty cents. The applicable subheading for the glass bowl on a metal stand will be 7013.99.5000, HTS, which provides for glassware of a kind used for table, kitchen, toilet, office, indoor decoration or similar purposes...other glassware: other: other: other: valued over thirty cents but not over three dollars each. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
