Your sample will be returned as per your request. The submitted sample, Style 21316061BE, is a woman’s pullover constructed of 100% cotton finely knitted fabric which weighs 150 grams per square meter. The garment features a crew neckline, short hemmed sleeves, and a straight edge hemmed bottom. There is embroidery in the form of a double row of contrasting color chain stitches which extend from the shoulders and across the back of the neckline. The pullover is also screen printed on the front chest and the left sleeve. The applicable subheading for Style 21316061BE will be 6110.20.2075, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for sweaters, pullovers, sweatshirts, waistcoats (vests) and similar articles, knitted or crocheted: of cotton: other: other: other: women’s or girls. The rate of duty will be 17.8%. Style 21316061BE falls within textile category designation 339. Based upon international textile trade agreements, products of Peru are subject to the requirement of a visa. The designated textile and apparel categories and their quota and visa status are the result of international agreements that are subject to frequent renegotiations and changes.
