Style 55595 is an infant boy’s pullover constructed from 100% cotton finely knit jersey fabric. The garment features a rib knit crew neckline, long sleeves with rib knit cuffs, and a straight hemmed bottom. The sleeves are piece together from contrasting fabric to give a layer look. The garment will be imported in infant boys’ sizes 0 to 24 months. Style 54166 is an infant boy’s pullover constructed from 100% cotton finely knit jersey fabric. The garment features a rib knit crew neckline, long hemmed sleeves with contrasting pieced construction, pieced construction on the front panel, and a straight hemmed bottom. The garment will be imported in infant boys’ sizes 0 to 24 months. Style 54170 is an infant boy’s pullover constructed from 100% cotton finely knit flatback rib fabric. The garment features a rib knit crew neckline, short hemmed sleeves, pieced construction on the front panel, and a straight hemmed bottom. The garment will be imported in infant boys’ sizes 0 to 24 months. Your samples will be returned as requested. The applicable subheading for the infant boys’ pullovers will be 6111.20.3000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for babies’ garments and clothing accessories, knitted or crocheted: of cotton: sweaters, pullovers, sweatshirts, waistcoats (vests) and similar articles, except those imported as parts of sets. The rate of duty will be 16.7% ad valorem. The infant boys’ pullovers fall within textile category designation 239. As products of Indonesia or Nicaragua, this merchandise is not subject to a visa requirement or quota restraints based upon international textile trade agreements. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
