Amendment to NY Ruling E80165, dated April 13, 1999
NY E81333 May 18, 1999 CLA-2-42:RR:NC:341 E81333 CATEGORY: Classification TARIFF NO.: 4202.92.3031 Ms. Tobias Henderson Bath & Body Works 7 Limited Parkway East Reynoldsburg, OH 43068 RE: Amendment to NY Ruling E80165, dated April 13, 1999 Dear Ms. Henderson: In your letter dated April 28, 1999, you requested an amendment to classification ruling NY E80165 issued to you on April 13, 1999 by this office. You have brought to our attention that the wrong fiber content was submitted by your office for style 603327. In the original ruling, E80165, the fiber content of the exterior surface of the sheer fabric overlay over clear PVC sheeting for style 603327 was listed as 100% polyester. In light of the new information, the correct fiber content for the sheer fabric overlay for style 603327 should read 65% nylon and 35% polyester. All other information in the original letter remains the same. Your sample is being returned as requested. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). A copy of this supplement and the original ruling letter should be attached to the entry documents filed at the port this merchandise is imported. If the documents have been filed without a copy, this ruling should be brought to the attention of the Customs officer handling the transaction. If you have any questions regarding the ruling, contact National Import Specialist Kevin Gorman at 212-637-7091. Sincerely, Robert B. Swierupski Director, National Commodity Specialist Division
