NY D86308 December 31, 1998 CLA-2-42:RR:NC:TA:341 D86308 CATEGORY: Classification TARIFF NO.: 4202.22.8070 Ms. Rebecca Cheung Ann Taylor Global Sourcing, Inc. 1372 Broadway, 6/FL New York, NY 10018 RE: Amendment to NY Ruling D84198 dated November 24, 1998. Dear Ms. Cheung: In your letter dated December 21, 1998, you requested an amendment of classification ruling NY D84198 which was issued to you on November 24, 1998 from this office. You have indicated that style number 28093 has been changed to 28094. In the original ruling NY D84198, for a handbag of twisted paper yarn, the second and third paragraph reflects the incorrect style number as 28093. The correct style number should read 28094. All other information in the original letter remains the same. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). A copy of this supplement and the original ruling letter should be attached to entry document filed at the time this merchandise is imported. If the documents have been filed without a copy, this ruling should be brought to the attention of the Custom officer handling the transaction. If you have any questions regarding the ruling, contact National Import Specialist Kevin Gorman at 212-466-5893. Sincerely, Robert B. Swierupski Director, National Commodity Specialist Division
