The applicable subheading for the Yttrium oxide, purity 99% and Yttrium oxide-europium oxide coprecipitate: 96% yttrium oxide - 4% europium oxide; 93.46% yttrium oxide - 6.54% europium oxide; 93.2% yttrium oxide - 6.8% europium oxide will be 2846.90.8000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for compounds, inorganic or organic, of rare-earth metals, of yttrium or of scandium, or of mixtures of these metals: Other: Other: Other. The rate of duty will be 3.7 percent ad valorem. The applicable subheading for Lanthanum oxide-cerium oxide-terbium oxide coprecipitate will be 2846.90.2050, HTS, which provides for compounds, inorganic or organic, of rare-earth metals, of yttrium or of scandium, or of mixtures of these metals: Other: Mixtures of rare-earth oxides or of rare-earth chlorides: Other. The rate of duty will be Free. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
