The tariff classification of Fruit Drinks from Thailand.
NY B82380 February 21, 1997 CLA-2-22:RR:NC:SP:232 B82380 CATEGORY: Classification TARIFF NO.: 2202.10.0060 Mr. Nayyer Pervez Prime Fibers International 2510 Ocean Parkway, #7-D Brooklyn, NY 11235 RE: The tariff classification of Fruit Drinks from Thailand. Dear Mr. Pervez: This is a supplement to Ruling No. NY B81278 dated February 6, 1997. The ruling issued to you indicated that products classified in subheading 2202.10.0060 which do not meet the criteria for duty free entry under the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) would be subject to a rate of duty of 3 cents per liter. This is a typographical error. The correct rate of duty for the fruit drinks under subheading 2202.10.0060 will be 0.3 cents per liter. All other facts stated in the ruling remain unchanged. A copy of this supplemental ruling, or the control number indicated above, should be provided along with Ruling No. NY B81278 and any other entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported. If you have any questions regarding the ruling, contact National Import Specialist John Maria at 212-466-5730. Sincerely, Gwenn Klein Kirschner Chief, Special Products Branch National Commodity Specialist Division
