Dear Mr. Clark: In your letters dated June 11 and 13, 1996, on behalf of B.Y. Simulation Ltd., you requested a tariff classification ruling. You have submitted a sample swatch of fake or artificial raw wool skin. It is of weft knit sliver pile or "long pile" construction. The fabric will be imported into the United States in rolls measuring 60 inches wide by 40 feet long, and it will be used to make dusters.
