Box 1947 Indianapolis, Indiana 46206-1947 RE: The tariff classification of a women's boxer style garment from Pakistan Dear Mr. Cox: In your letter dated May 20, 1996, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The submitted sample, Style # 53996, is a women's sleep short composed of 100% cotton woven flannel fabric. The boxer style garment features an elasticized, enclosed waistband, a hemmed bottom and above the knee length. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
