The applicable HTS subheading and duty rates for these five products will be as follows: PRODUCTS HTS DUTY RATE 2,6-Dichlorobenzyl Cyanide 2926.90.4400 13.5 percent ad valorem 3-Nitrobenzoyl Chloride 2916.39.7000 3.7 cents per kilo plus 17.9 percent ad valorem 4-Aminouracil 2933.59.9000 7.9 percent ad valorem Amiloride Hcl 2933.90.7500 6.9 percent ad valorem Buclizine Hcl 2933.59.5500 6.9 percent ad valorem This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
