Dear Ms. Hamanaka: This classification decision under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) is being issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). DATE OF INQUIRY : July 12, 1993 ON BEHALF OF : Pam & Frank (USA) Industrial Co. Ltd. DESCRIPTION OF MERCHANDISE : The submitted sample is an inflatable volleyball measuring seven inches in diameter. The ball is composed of a rubber bladder with an exterior covering of foam covered with nylon fabric. The ball has one air valve for inflation.
