The applicable subheadings and duties for the above listed products are as follows: Product HTS Rate of Duty Lysine 2922.41.0010 3.7 percent ad (if product meets the requirements valorem of Food Chemical Codex, Codex of Alimentarius or United States Pharmacopeia) OR 2922.41.0090 3.7 percent ad (if product does not meet the valorem requirements of Food Chemical Codex, Codex of Alimentarius or United States Pharmacopeia) Glutamic Acid 2922.42.5000 3.7 percent ad valorem Cysteine 2930.90.4520 4.2 percent ad valorem Cysteine Hydrochloride 2930.90.5010 3.7 percent ad valorem This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). A copy of this ruling letter should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
