Department of Energy Federal Energy Regulatory Commission [Docket No. CP26-25-000] Take notice that on November 17, 2025, Columbia Gulf Transmission, LLC (Columbia Gulf), 700 Louisiana Street, Suite 1300, Houston, Texas 77002-2700, filed an application under section 7(c) of the Natural Gas Act (NGA) and Part 157 of the Commission's regulations requesting authorization for its Maysville Project (Project). The Project consists of the construction of approximately 42 miles of 30-inch-diameter pipeline, one new delivery point, and associated facilities, all located in Rowan, Fleming, and Mason Counties, Kentucky. The Project will provide up to 340,000 dekatherms per day of firm transportation capacity to East Kentucky Power Cooperative, Inc. Columbia Gulf estimates the total cost of the Project to be $402 million and proposes a monthly initial incremental recourse rate for firm transportation ( printed page 55309) service; all as more fully set forth in the application which is on file with the Commission and open for public inspection.
