SUMMARY: This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of isocycloseram (CASRN 2061933-85-3) in or on multiple commodities which are identified and discussed later in this document. Under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), Syngenta Crop Protection, LLC submitted a petition to EPA requesting that EPA establish a maximum permissible level for residues of this pesticide in or on the identified commodities. DATES: This regulation is effective November 20, 2025. Objections and requests for hearings must be received on or before January 20, 2026 and must be filed in accordance with the instructions provided in 40 CFR part 178 (see also Unit I.C. of this document).
