SUMMARY: EPA is extending the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) compliance reporting deadline for the 2024 compliance year. EPA is also making several minor amendments and technical corrections to other RFS provisions. DATES: Effective date. This rule is effective on March 13, 2025. The incorporation by reference of certain publications listed in this regulation is approved by the Director of the Federal Register as of March 13, 2025. Operational date. For operational purposes under the Clean Air Act (CAA), this final rule is effective as of March 7, 2025.
