SUMMARY: Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974, the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is proposing numerous amendments to all system of records notices (SORN). There are amendments affecting multiple SORNs and amendments to specific SORNs. DATES: Comments must be received on or before October 9, 2024 to be assured of consideration. The new systems of records described herein will become effective October 9, 2024, without further notice, unless comments result in a contrary determination and a notice is published to that effect.
