The Coast Guard proposes to establish five new fireworks display safety zones at various locations in the Sector Columbia River Captain of the Port zone. In addition to adding new fireworks display safety zones, this proposed rulemaking would consolidate existing safety zones into one regulation and eliminate one safety zone listed in two regulations.
