Your sample is being returned as requested. The submitted sample, style number P26004EBA, is a woman’s bolero jacket that is constructed from 100% cotton openwork knit fabric. The garment has three panels sewn together lengthwise and does not reach the waist. The garment features short sleeves and a full front opening with a tie closure. The applicable subheading for the bolero jacket will be 6104.32.0000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for women’s suit-type jackets, knitted: of cotton. The duty rate will be 14.9% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. The text of the most recent HTSUS and the accompanying duty rates are provided on World Wide Web at http://www.usitc.gov/tata/hts/. The bolero jacket falls within textile category designation 335. Quota and visa status are the result of international agreements that are subject to frequent renegotiations and changes.
